A small edit, chosen to work with the dresses

We are not a jewellery brand and this is not a jewellery collection. These five pieces exist because an occasion dress is finished by an earring, and we would rather choose the right ones for our own dresses than leave you to guess.

Four are gold-toned and one silver. That ratio is deliberate: our palette runs to greens, champagne, yellow and dusty pinks, and gold warms all of them where silver cools them.

What we carry

  • Drop earrings — a starfish tassel in gold and a white zircon teardrop layered style. The dressiest pieces here, and the ones for an evening event.
  • Stud earrings — a textured geometric vortex. The everyday option, and the safest with a busy neckline.
  • Hoops — vintage hand-carved hollow. The most versatile earring shape there is.
  • Necklace — a heart lock layered stainless steel piece.

Choosing by neckline, not by outfit

This is the part people get wrong. The neckline decides the jewellery, not the dress as a whole.

With a halter or high neck, skip the necklace entirely and let the earrings do the work — a drop or a hoop. With a one shoulder, keep it to earrings too, ideally a statement on the bare side. With a deep V or square neck, a layered necklace fills the space properly. With a strapless, you have the most freedom, and a necklace reads best.

And if the dress is sequin or embellished, wear the studs. Anything more competes.

Metal and skin

Gold suits warm undertones and warms cool ones, which is why it is the more forgiving of the two. Silver is sharper and works best with black, navy, grey and emerald. Our pieces are gold-plated or stainless steel — check the product page if you have a nickel sensitivity, as the stainless steel styles are the safer choice.

UK delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend, and takes around seven working days. Returns are free within 14 days with a prepaid label in the box, provided the pieces are unworn.
