Being straight about what this edit is

Most of these are seamless stretch jumpsuits — ribbed, sculpting, cut close, with flared or pencil legs. They were designed for movement, and several will suit a workout as readily as a coffee run. If you are looking for a tailored occasion jumpsuit to wear to a wedding, this is not yet that edit, and we would rather say so than sell you the wrong thing.

What they are very good at is the everyday problem a dress does not solve: one piece, no waistband, nothing to tuck, and warm enough for a British spring.

What we carry

  • Seamless and sculpting — open-back sleeveless, ribbed long sleeve, square neck pencil, V-neck flared leg. Smoothing through the body, and the most comfortable thing here by a distance.
  • Denim — a sleeveless V-neck slim fit. The most conventionally wearable piece in the edit, and the one that goes with the most.
  • Playsuits — two styles, shorter, cut for summer.

Eight of the eleven are black, with two blue and one purple. Six are bodycon, seven are sleeveless, and two have long sleeves.

Choosing a leg

The leg shape decides more than the neckline does.

A flared leg lengthens the line and reads dressier. It works with a heel and, at floor length, can pass for a maxi dress at a glance. A pencil or straight leg is the more practical of the two and easier under a coat. A playsuit is summer only in Britain, and worth checking the inseam length before you order.

The thing everyone forgets

Torso length, not dress size, decides whether a jumpsuit fits. A one-piece has to span from shoulder to crotch, and if that measurement is wrong nothing else matters — it will either pull down at the shoulders or bag through the middle.

Ours are cut for around 5'7". If you are taller than 5'9", size up rather than across, even if your usual size fits everywhere else. If you are petite, the seamless styles have the most give and are the safest choice.

The other practical point: a one-piece has to come off entirely. If you are wearing one somewhere with small cubicles or a long evening, the styles with a zip or a wider neck are considerably easier to live with than a fully seamless pull-on.

Sizing

These run XS to XXXL, with full measurements in centimetres on the size guide. Our pieces are true to size.

The seamless and ribbed styles stretch generously, so take your usual size — sizing up on these makes them bag rather than skim. The denim style has almost no give, so between two sizes take the larger and size to your hip.

UK delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend, and takes around seven working days. Returns are free within 14 days with a prepaid label in the box, so if you are unsure between two sizes, order both and send one back at no cost.
