1. 14-Day Cancellation Right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To cancel, contact us at contact@maylowe.com before the period expires. We will arrange free return shipping and refund your full payment, including original delivery costs.

2. 30-Day Free Returns

Beyond your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Return shipping is free — we cover the cost. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

3. How to Return

Contact us at contact@maylowe.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions and a prepaid label.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse, or returned without their original packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund.
